Job Summary
The Workday HCM Specialist will play a vital role in implementing and managing Workday Human Capital Management software. Responsibilities
- Implement and configure Workday HCM modules according to business requirements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM modules and functionality.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience in system implementation or project management is preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.

Experience
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HRIS administration, specifically with Workday HCM systems. Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
