Job Summary

The CRO & Landing Page Optimization Lead will be responsible for driving conversion rates through meticulous analysis and experimentation across landing pages, inquiry funnels, and mobile experiences. This role is critical in improving revenue performance by ensuring that every test conducted directly influences inquiry rates, funnel completion, and booking conversions.

Responsibilities

  • Own the entire conversion engine, including the optimization of landing pages, inquiry funnels, lead forms, and mobile user experience.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of heatmaps and session recordings to derive actionable insights and inform A/B testing strategies.
  • Design and implement rapid A/B experiments focused on improving key metrics such as inquiry conversion and funnel completion rates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user psychology and incorporate findings into funnel navigation and design.
  • Continuously monitor and adjust strategies based on performance metrics and user feedback.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4-8 years of experience in conversion rate optimization or related fields.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient with heatmap and session recording tools (e.g., Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity).
    • Experience with A/B testing frameworks (e.g., Google Optimize, VWO).
    • Familiar with funnel analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Mixpanel).
    • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and data-driven environment.
    • Target-oriented with a focus on achieving measurable results.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with landing page builders (e.g., Unbounce, Webflow) and conversion copywriting.
  • Familiarity with mobile-first UX strategies and PageSpeed optimization.
  • Advanced data querying skills (e.g., SQL) for in-depth funnel analysis.

Experience

  • 4-8 years in roles focused on conversion optimization, lead generation, or high-ticket inquiry funnels.

Environment

This position is based in Gurgaon, India and requires working from the office.

Salary

  • CTC: ₹20,00,000 Fixed per annum, plus performance-linked bonuses and equity options.
