Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to support our customer relations and business development efforts in the K-12 education segment across India. This internship is ideal for someone passionate about the education sector and eager to gain hands-on experience in consultative sales, client outreach, and education sector analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Business Development team in identifying and researching potential K-12 schools across various regions.
- Support the preparation of sales presentations and outreach materials for prospective clients.
- Contribute to the development of sales plans, market research, and key performance reports.
- Help manage CRM data and maintain accurate records of leads, outreach, and follow-ups.
- Participate in internal meetings and brainstorming sessions on market strategy.
- Assist in proposal writing, account coordination, and tracking ongoing school engagement initiatives.
- Shadow team members during client calls and webinars, gaining exposure to consultative sales techniques.
Desired Profile
- Current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Education Management, or related fields.
- Strong interest in education systems and business development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and a quick learner.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a remote team.
