Job Description
<div>• Build and establish a successful Commercial finance function</div>
<div>• Build Strong links with the Sales, Supply Chain & Finance function</div>
<div>• Working with the sales team to identify opportunities/initiatives to deliver higher Gross margin</div>
<div>• Ownership for financial modelling and budget forecasting for sales function</div>
<div>• Reviewing product economics to guide future initiatives for products</div>
<div>• Manage cash flow forecasting processes along with sales and execution teams</div>
<div>• Risk Assessment in terms of execution and other complexity</div>
<div>• Leads others to find creative solutions to address complex structuring problems by using multiple internal and external resources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision</div>
<div>• Help implement complex pricing for Tender bids along with cross-functional stakeholders</div>
<div>• Providing the CFO and CBO with timely commercial analysis and advice (including financial results, forecasts and budgets; revenue optimisation and cost control) for the business</div>
<div>• Overseeing the monthly and quarterly reporting requirements including Annual and long-range business planning and maintaining a robust forecasting process across contracts, identifying issues and opportunities</div>
<div>• Providing financial and commercial support/partnering including reviewing of contracts</div>
<div>• Using Analytics to prepare customer insights to help sales customise value-based pricing</div>
<div>• Reports to the Leader & Board on commercial performance and risk analysis</div>
