Our platform utilizes a distributed field network of partners to deliver daily essentials—especially fresh produce and other high-frequency categories—directly into villages. Job Summary
The Head of Revenue will be a senior commercial leader responsible for owning daily and monthly revenue delivery across the business. This role encompasses the entire revenue engine, including daily sales numbers, existing revenue, supply-side productivity, partner productivity, and scalable revenue systems. The ideal candidate will transition the company from high founder involvement to scalable operational processes while ensuring robust revenue performance.
Responsibilities

Own Daily and Monthly Revenue Delivery:
- Manage and report daily, weekly, and monthly revenue numbers across operating districts.
- Drive both existing and new revenue; identify revenue gaps and create recovery actions.
- Establish a strong operating rhythm for tracking and escalation while moving reviews towards action-oriented conclusions.

Build Scalable Revenue Systems:
- Transform brute-force execution into repeatable revenue mechanisms and develop playbooks for field teams.
- Collaborate with tech/product teams to address recurring problems and build manager-owned systems.

Own Supply-Side and Partner Productivity:
- Oversee the productivity of the distributed partner/field network and manage supply availability and partner activation.
- Implement early-warning systems for supply-side or field execution failures and improve field-force effectiveness.

Integrate Category, Pricing, Ops, and Commercial Levers:
- Work with cross-functional teams to align pricing, availability, and field execution for improved revenue outcomes.
- Prevent siloed decision-making to create a cohesive commercial strategy.

Build and Lead the Revenue Organization:
- Lead a strong revenue team, hire under pressure, and foster a culture of ownership and accountability.
- Reduce dependence on the founder in daily revenue management.
Qualifications
- Approximately 12–18 years of experience, ideally around 15 years, in relevant industries such as:
- Mobility/on-demand businesses
- Logistics/hyperlocal operations
- Field-heavy marketplaces
- Rural or semi-urban distribution
- Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or beverages
- Telecom distribution
- Agri-input or rural commerce
- B2B distribution or supply-led platforms
- Proven experience in a high-growth, founder-led environment with a strong operational focus.
Preferred Skills
- Experience building playbooks in complex operating environments.
- Familiarity with tech/product integration in solving operational challenges.
- Background in managing diverse and distributed teams effectively.
Experience
- A minimum of 12–18 years in related fields, particularly in fast-paced or high-growth companies.
Environment
- This role is Bangalore-based and requires a willingness to spend significant time in field locations across Tamil Nadu. This is not a remote or desk-only role, emphasizing strong field connectivity and hands-on execution.
