Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Finance Lead to support core finance, accounting, compliance, and reporting activities. This role involves working closely with senior finance leadership on month-end closures, MIS reporting, audits, reconciliations, taxation, and process improvements while ensuring strong financial controls and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monthly and quarterly financial closure activities and preparation of MIS reports.
• Support preparation of financial statements, schedules, and management reports.
• Handle GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliances along with timely filings and reconciliations.
• Assist in responding to tax notices, audits, and statutory requirements.
• Perform bank, vendor, customer, and GST reconciliations.
• Ensure accuracy of accounting entries, provisions, and general ledger controls.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders for smooth closure of audits.
• Support implementation and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and financial controls.
• Work on process improvement initiatives and automation opportunities within finance operations.
• Maintain data accuracy in ERP/accounting systems and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Education: Chartered Accountant (Mandatory) with 0 – 1 year of experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and financial reporting.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to audits, MIS reporting, and reconciliations during articleship.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and reporting tools like Power BI/Tableau is an added advantage.
• High attention to detail and ownership mindset.

0 – 1 year post-qualification experience.
