Job Description
<div>About Us:<br />
Wint Wealth is one stop platform for all fixed income investment instruments. We<br />
are introducing one more product which will be a basket of FDs/RDs from various<br />
banks which offer high interest rates. For achieving that outcome, we are looking<br />
for a candidate who can lead the end to end delivery of such a product, which will<br />
include leveraging relationships with banks to handle the process flow,<br />
coordination with the team (Internal & external) for ensuring compliances in KYC,<br />
Investments etc.</div>
<div>Role:<br />
We are looking for a Supply Manager to design and implement strategies so that<br />
investors on Wint Wealth platform should be able to invest into FDs of various<br />
high yielding interest rate banks in a smooth, hasle free manner while ensuring<br />
compliance with banks on KYC.</div>
<div>Responsibilities:<br />
● Partnering with different banks offering the maximum interest rates and onboard them<br />
on our platform.<br />
● The integration with all the partners should enable the best possible investment<br />
experience for the user. This will involve engagements with both external parties<br />
(Banks) and internal teams (product, tech, legal)<br />
● Manage relationships with existing banking partners and onboard new ones.<br />
● Keep track of rate movements and liability profile of partners so that their rate changes<br />
can be anticipated well in advance.<br />
● Regularly monitor the market and look out for FD issuers where risk return profile is<br />
efficient for Wint investors.</div>
<div>Prerequisites: 6+ years of experience in relationship manager role with strong network in<br />
banking sector (with treasury heads, CXOs).</div>
