Job Title: Investment Deal Management Platform Implementation Lead – Oil & Gas Sector

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Platform Implementation Lead or Solution Architect to oversee the end-to-end deployment of an Investment Deal Management SaaS Platform within a leading Oil & Gas enterprise. This high-impact role requires a deep understanding of investment workflows, integration with external market data providers, and the enablement of AI-driven capabilities to optimize deal and capital management operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of a Deal/Investment Management Platform from inception to post-go-live hypercare.

• Deliver end-to-end solution architecture including data migration, business process mapping, testing/QA, and change enablement.

• Integrate with up to 7 external financial/market data providers (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv, S&P Global).

• Define and enable AI-driven capabilities such as deal scoring, opportunity profiling, risk analysis, and intelligent workflows.

• Oversee change management, training programs, and operational readiness to ensure successful stakeholder adoption.

• Coordinate with internal technology teams and third-party vendors to ensure compliant, scalable, and high-performance platform delivery.

• Manage the hypercare period (3 months) post-implementation, ensuring system stabilization, user support, and operational continuity.

• Ensure strict compliance with enterprise security, data governance, and availability standards specific to the energy sector.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 8+ years in enterprise software/platform delivery, preferably in investment or capital management domains.

• At least 5 years working with oil & gas, energy, or heavy industrial clients, especially in emerging or Middle Eastern markets.

• Strong knowledge of SaaS-based enterprise platforms, API integration, and multi-system orchestration.

• Proven experience in data migration and third-party data integration within complex enterprise environments.

• Familiarity with platforms such as Dealpath, Dynamo, Altvia, Navatar, or similar.

• Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into enterprise platforms is highly desirable.

• Excellent stakeholder management and governance skills; experience with Agile or hybrid project delivery models.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

This is not a traditional ERP, finance, infrastructure, or general IT project role. This is a specialized implementation leadership position focused on investment lifecycle digitization and enterprise-scale SaaS deployment.

The right candidate will have:

• A deep understanding of deal/investment workflows, ideally in private equity, corporate M&A, or capital projects.

• Led SaaS platform deployments and external data source integrations (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv).

• Experience in user training, workflow configuration, and post-launch support.

• Background in oil & gas sector digital transformation, particularly across finance, investment, or capital projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance Technology, or a related field.

• Relevant certifications such as PMP, TOGAF, or Enterprise Architecture credentials.

• Familiarity with financial workflows, portfolio management, or transactional intelligence platforms.
