Job Summary

The Product Manager will play a critical role in understanding consumer behavior, growth funnels, and data-driven decision-making to build high-impact products. This position is essential for successfully navigating a fast-paced environment and achieving our growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive end-to-end product funnels (acquisition → activation → retention).
  • Analyze and optimize user journeys and conversion metrics.
  • Work closely with growth, marketing, and business teams to drive product outcomes.
  • Translate business goals into clear product requirements and roadmaps.
  • Run experiments (A/B testing) to improve user experience and growth metrics.
  • Collaborate with tech and design teams to build and ship scalable features.
  • Monitor product performance and take data-backed decisions.

Qualifications

  • 4–5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in D2C / consumer internet companies.
  • Strong understanding of funnels, retention, and growth metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics, experimentation, and data-driven product decisions.
  • Ability to balance user experience with business goals.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to supply chain / operations in D2C businesses.
  • Experience working in high-growth startup environments.

Experience

4 to 5 years of experience in Product Management, ideally within D2C or consumer internet businesses.

Environment
