Role- Financial reporting and consolidation
CTC- 30-40 lacs. 

Need a very strong candidate with similar background of closing and reporting for at least 10 years in a company where multiple legal entities are there.
KRAs would include
•    Accounts closing, 
•    Audit interface
•    Handling multiple legal entities
•    Corporate consolidations
•    Prior experience in listed entity or large entity is required. 

He will have a team of 6 people directly reporting and close to 30 people indirectly reporting through 6 people. 
He will report to Controller/President finance, at least for a year before he is able to handle independently. then he will report to CFO. 

Requirements

•    CA
•    Minimum 10 years of experience.
