Job Summary

The ServiceNow Developer will design and develop technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet IT and business requirements. This role is essential for ensuring that the platform is effectively utilized to support business processes and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to align with IT and business requirements.
• Demonstrate strong design acumen and a proactive approach to researching and implementing solutions.
• Work on modules such as IT Service Management (ITSM), Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC), Security Operations (SECOPS), Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD), Customer Service Management (CSM), and IT Business Management (ITBM) within the ServiceNow platform.
• Adhere to best development practices for both support and new development activities.
• Collaborate with other developers to integrate existing systems with ServiceNow.
• Assist business process owners in configuring and customizing the platform to meet their needs.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in design, development, and integration of ServiceNow modules: ITSM, Common Service Data Model (CSDM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Knowledge Management, GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM, ITBM, Reporting/Analytics, and custom applications.
• Ability to provide both functional and technical insights into ServiceNow implementations.
• Exposure to web technologies such as XML, HTML, and JavaScript is considered an added advantage.
• Familiarity with the ITIL framework and IT management tools.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and processes as needed.
• Flexibility to work in the second shift (2 PM – 11 PM IST) when required.
