Job Summary

The ABAP Consultant with OData Integration will be responsible for developing and integrating OData services within the organization’s SAP environment. This role is crucial in ensuring robust application performance and seamless data flow across various systems, contributing significantly to the overall success of the IT team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance ABAP programs tailored to business requirements.
• Create and integrate OData services to connect with various applications and platforms.
• Design reports and execute enhancements consistent with project specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine system integrations and client needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ABAP and OData services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of hands-on experience in ABAP development.
• Strong experience in OData service creation and integration.
• Proficiency in developing reports, enhancements, and interfaces in an SAP environment.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori and UI5 is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SAP HANA or SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Experience with Agile methodology and tools.
• Understanding of web services and RESTful APIs.

Experience

• 4-5 years of relevant experience in ABAP development and OData integration.

Environment

• The role is based in Navi Mumbai, and it is a permanent position.

Salary

• Budgeted salary for this position is up to ₹20,00,000 per annum.
