Position Description

Head Cook will manage and prepare daily meals for the Promotor’s family as per preferences and dietary requirements. The ideal candidate must specialize in authentic Sindhi cuisine and should also have proven experience in preparing Korean and Thai dishes to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and cook daily meals for the family as per preferences and dietary requirements.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety in the kitchen.
• Suggest and create weekly menus covering Sindhi, Korean, and Thai cuisines.
• Source fresh and high-quality ingredients within the given budget.
• Supervise kitchen helpers and coordinate with other household staff if required.
• Ensure proper storage and management of kitchen supplies and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, pantry, and storage areas.
• Be flexible with timings as per the family’s meal schedule

Skills & Competencies

• Proven experience as Head Cook or Senior Cook in private households, premium hotels, or restaurants.
• Expertise in authentic Sindhi dishes (daily meals and festive food).
• Good knowledge and hands-on experience with Korean and Thai recipes.
• Ability to plan balanced, healthy, and tasteful menus.
• High standards of personal hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to stay on the premises.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant cooking experience preferred.
