Job Summary

The Lead Full Stack Developer will drive digital transformation by leading a team to develop and maintain scalable web applications, ensuring seamless integration and high performance. This role combines hands-on coding with strategic leadership to innovate and deliver top-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete software development process from conception to deployment.
• Lead the development team and provide guidance on building end-to-end systems optimized for speed and scalability.
• Involved in the entire product development lifecycle including the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of new and existing features.
• Work across the full stack, building highly scalable distributed solutions that enable positive user experiences and measurable business growth.
• Ensure application performance, uptime, and scale, and maintain high standards for code quality and application design.
• Work with agile development methodologies, adhering to best practices and pursuing continued learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience Required: 7-10 years in building large-scale software applications.
• Strong background in building web applications.
• Proficient in Shell scripting.
• Experience in designing and integrating RESTful APIs.
• In-depth knowledge of popular Java frameworks such as Angular, Struts, JSF, Spring MVC, and Spring Boot.
• Extensive knowledge in Java development, web services, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with ORM tools (e.g., Hibernate).
• Understanding of Java Persistence API (JPA).
• Experience with DevOps tools such as GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, or other deployment tools.
• Excellent debugging and optimization skills.
• Experience in unit/integration testing.
• Strong communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Proficient in Java, JavaScript, Angular, HTML/CSS, Git, and GitHub.
• Familiar with application servers like Tomcat and WebSphere.
• Knowledge of React.
• Experience with FTP/SFTP.
• Proficient in Unix and shell scripting.
• Familiarity with databases and web storage.
• Experience with Spring Frameworks.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools like Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Experience

• 7-10 years in large-scale software development and web applications.

Environment

• Flexible work shift with partial office presence required in the morning and evening availability until 12 PM EST for global team discussions.
