Job Description
VP - Client Success
Key role & responsibilities:
> Sales, relationship building & problem solving
> KPI would be clients' share of wallet (a/c on-boarding, ramp up & retention)
> KPI would be clients' share of wallet (a/c on-boarding, ramp up & retention)
Ideal candidates would have:
> Owned regional sales/ Key accounts mgmt mandates in fragmented supply and ops heavy sectors (eg. Ola/ Uber) with challenger brands in competitive markets
> Ideally a repeat sales industry where client could move out anytime (and not a one time sales such as real estate/ product sales)
> Typically 32-36 yrs age bracket
> Lead sales/ key accounts teams of 10+ to deliver on aggressive targets
