Job Summary

This role seeks a versatile professional who can integrate software development engineering with sales, marketing, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will contribute to driving product innovation, enhancing customer engagement, and supporting strategic decision-making through data insights. They will work cross-functionally to align technical solutions with business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Software Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions that support business processes.
  • Sales & Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities, develop campaigns, and optimize customer engagement strategies.
  • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to generate actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with multiple departments to ensure technical solutions meet commercial and market requirements.
  • Reporting: Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards that summarize performance metrics, market trends, and technical progress.
  • Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve processes and solutions.

Qualifications

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java) and software development methodologies.
  • Data Analysis: Experience with data analysis tools and platforms (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau).
  • Sales & Marketing: Understanding of sales processes and marketing strategies, with the ability to translate technical data into business insights.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Certification: Any relevant certifications in software development, data analysis, or digital marketing are a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and digital marketing platforms.
  • Experience in machine learning, data visualization, or predictive analytics.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.

Experience

  • Proven experience in software development, sales, marketing, and/or data analysis or a related multidisciplinary role.
  • Experience working in dynamic, cross-functional teams is preferred.
