DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer with 5-6 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for automating IT processes and improving deployment efficiency. The role involves working with modern tools and technologies to ensure smooth software delivery and infrastructure management.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Utilize Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration and application deployment.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing CI/CD processes and applications.
• Monitor application performance and reliability in production environments.
• Manage infrastructure using Terraform and configuration management with Ansible.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure infrastructure and code quality.

Qualifications

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with AWS services.
  • Strong knowledge of container technologies: Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools, specifically Jenkins and Groovy.
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, such as Terraform.
  • Exposure to source code management with Git.
  • Hands-on experience with scripting and automation in a Linux environment.

• Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with monitoring tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of networking concepts and cloud security best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Experience

5-6 years of relevant experience in a DevOps or similar role.
