Job Description
- Outbound Executive - JD Key Responsibilities: - Supervise order picking, packing, and dispatch workflows. Ensure orders are shipped as per marketplace or customer TAT requirements Monitor courier pickups, generate shipping labels, and manage dispatch handovers. Coordinate with customer service for undelivered/RTO cases. Coordinate with customer service for undelivered/RTO cases Maintain daily dispatch reports and shipping logs. Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in outbound logistics or e-commerce warehouse operations. Familiar with B2C order dispatch processes and marketplace SLAs. Knowledge of Increff is preferred. Prior experience with a D2C brand will be helpful. Strong organizational and coordination skills. Knowledge of Increff WMS software will be an added advantage.
