Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Contingent Workforce Program Manager to support and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of our contingent workforce across India, EMEA, and APAC regions. This role will serve as a key liaison between hiring managers, staffing vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless sourcing, onboarding, management, and offboarding of contingent workers.

Responsibilities

  • Contingent Workforce Lifecycle Management

    • Act as the primary point of contact for hiring managers regarding contingent workforce needs.
    • Support the full lifecycle of contingent workers: requisition creation, sourcing, onboarding, extensions, offboarding, and compliance tracking.
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all contingent workers in internal systems.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination

    • Liaise with external staffing vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery of candidates.
    • Monitor vendor performance and escalate issues as needed.
    • Ensure vendors adhere to company policies, SLAs, and compliance requirements.
  • Hiring Manager Support

    • Guide hiring managers through the contingent hiring process, including job description creation, rate benchmarking, and interview coordination.
    • Provide training and support on contingent workforce tools and processes.
  • Compliance & Reporting

    • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies across all regions.
    • Track and report on key metrics such as headcount, tenure, spend, and vendor performance.
    • Assist with audits and risk assessments related to contingent labor.
  • Process Improvement

    • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve contingent workforce processes.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of global contingent workforce policies and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in contingent workforce management, HR operations, or vendor management.
  • Strong understanding of contingent labor models and regional labor laws (NAM, India, EMEA, APAC).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause identification skills.
  • Excellent communication skills - interpersonal, written, and verbal.
  • Must be a collaborator and able to work with and through others.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with contingent workforce management software and tools.
  • Familiarity with contract management and vendor negotiation.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in contingent workforce management or related fields.

Environment

  • Job Location: Any Mastek Location. Remote opportunities may be available.

Salary

  • Budget: 125,000 per month, up to 15-16 LPA for FTE.
