Job Summary

We are looking for talented UX/UI Designers to create amazing user experiences with our team. The ideal candidate should demonstrate the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders to discover efficient and effective workflows, generate clean and artful design elements, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces. Designers will be customer-focused and will incorporate the user’s needs and preferences at the forefront of the design process, conducting user and market research to create engaging experiences that enhance the overall user experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX projects and drive UX strategy.
• Uphold the experience design (XD) process and collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to engineering design reviews.
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design challenges.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
• Participate in user research and evaluate user feedback.
• Contribute to and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

Qualifications

• Education: BS/MS in Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of proven UX/UI experience across multiple platforms (desktop, mobile, tablet).
• Excellent visual design skills with a sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Demonstrable UX/UI design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows.
• Ability to present designs and sell solutions to various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, InVision, Axure, or other visual design and wireframing tools.
• Understanding of motion design to inform interactive experiences.
• Knowledge of Design Thinking activities.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
• General understanding of the front-end development process, including HTML and CSS.
• Fluency in English is required for clear communication of design decision-making.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with enabling functions like marketing, sales, and operations.
