Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer with a strong understanding of integrating Machine Learning with Large Language Models (LLMs). This role aims to enhance our AI capabilities by focusing on personalized solutions and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architecture. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of innovative AI applications over a 6-month contract.

Responsibilities

• Integrate Machine Learning models with Large Language Models (LLMs), tailoring solutions to meet specific user needs.
• Design and implement additional layers, such as personalization features, to enhance user experience.
• Collaborate on the design and implementation of RAG architecture for improved data retrieval and generation.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams within an AI-first startup environment to ensure seamless integration of machine learning solutions.
• Conduct testing and validation of machine learning models to ensure accuracy and efficacy in real-world applications.
• Continuously research and stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in machine learning and AI technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3 to 4 years of experience in Machine Learning, especially with LLM integration.
• Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, Java) and familiarity with machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience working within an AI-focused startup environment.
• Knowledge of RAG architecture and its practical applications.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) for deploying machine learning models.
• Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and methodologies.
• Understanding of data engineering principles and data management best practices.
• Familiarity with personalization algorithms and techniques.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in Machine Learning, particularly in integrating ML with LLMs and working in startup environments.
