Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with strong proficiency in React.js and backend technologies (Node.js/Java/Spring Boot). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across the full software development lifecycle and a passion for building scalable web applications. This role is critical to deliver high-quality software solutions that align with our organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable front-end applications using React.js, Redux, JavaScript, and related frameworks.
• Build robust back-end services and RESTful APIs using Node.js or Java/Spring Boot.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, UX/UI, and QA to define and deliver high-quality features.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure software reliability and performance.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and responsiveness by employing best practices.
• Follow agile methodologies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience: 4+ years of hands-on development experience in full stack development.
• Front-end Skills: Strong skills in React.js, Redux, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Back-end Skills: Solid experience in backend development with Node.js, Express.js, or Java/Spring Boot.
• Database Knowledge: Experience with RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, and SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
• Version Control: Proficient in version control tools like Git.
• DevOps Understanding: Good understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or JUnit would be advantageous.
