Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious, execution-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be the driving force behind our outbound pipeline. This role goes beyond the traditional SDR position, allowing you to work closely with founders and sales leaders to design and scale effective outreach strategies targeting highly technical buyers. Responsibilities

  • Own the Outbound Engine: Build, segment, and target prospect lists across key accounts using LinkedIn, email, and modern sales tools.
  • Craft High-Quality Outreach: Create highly personalized, technical, and creative outreach copy.
  • Qualify Opportunities: Assess leads and efficiently pass them on to the founders.
  • Partner on GTM Experiments: Collaborate with leadership to experiment with new messaging, target verticals, and outreach channels, iterating based on data insights.
  • Maintain Pipeline Hygiene: Keep Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and prospecting tools meticulously updated to ensure accurate data and analytics.

Qualifications

  • 1 – 3 Years of Sales Experience: Prior experience in an SDR, lead generation, or growth role — preferably within technical B2B SaaS, developer tools, or cloud infrastructure.
  • Curiosity for Deep Tech: While an engineering degree is not necessary, comfort with learning about cloud platforms and SaaS infrastructure is essential.
  • Exceptional Written Communication: Ability to write clear, concise, and compelling copy that stands out from generic templates.
  • High Hustle & Ownership: Demonstrated bias toward execution, coupled with a willingness to experiment, learn, and optimize.
  • Coachability: Open to feedback, quick to learn, and eager to develop into a full-cycle go-to-market professional.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with modern sales tools and CRM systems.
  • Experience in working with technical product teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience

  • 1 – 3 years of relevant experience, particularly in a startup or technical B2B SaaS environment is preferred.
