If you or someone you know has,<br />
· Extensive experience in hair care product development and R&D leadership.<br />
· Strong knowledge of hair care formulations, ingredients, and technologies.<br />
· Ability to lead and manage the R&D team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.<br />
· 15+ years of relevant experience working with top personal care brands.</b></p>
