Job Title: Marketing Intern
Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)
Stipend: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Duration: 3–6 months (Extendable, with potential for full-time offer)

About the Role:

We're looking for a creative, proactive, and hands-on Marketing Intern to join our team and contribute to the branding and marketing efforts of Ripples Swim School. This role offers the opportunity to work across both digital and on-ground platforms, playing a key part in shaping and amplifying our brand.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement marketing plans
• Create weekly content for digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Conduct basic research and data analysis for audience mapping
• Assist in ideating and executing brand and campaign strategies
• Manage and grow our social media presence
• Design and schedule posts, stories, and reels
• Create basic creatives using tools like Canva
• Support the execution and optimization of paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads)
• Track engagement and performance, suggesting improvements
• Stay updated on social media trends and integrate them into our content strategy

Requirements:

• A strong interest in marketing, branding, and promotions
• Understanding of digital and on-ground marketing platforms
• Basic knowledge of social media strategy
• Creative mindset with an eye for content and design
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, etc.
• Self-motivated, with good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and work independently

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience in marketing or promotions
• Understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking
