Job Summary

We are seeking a talented MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) Stack Developer to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust web applications, ensuring seamless integration across the entire technology stack. This position requires a proactive problem-solver with a passion for coding and delivering high-quality solutions that drive business goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Maintain code integrity and organization following best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services as required.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute constructive feedback.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and the MERN stack: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
• Knowledge of TypeScript.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, etc.).
• Prior experience in Agile or Scrum environments.

Experience

• Open to candidates with a range of experience; both junior and senior-level developers are encouraged to apply.
• Previous hands-on experience with the MERN stack is highly desirable.
