Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Fullstack Developer with over 10 years of professional experience to design, develop, and maintain robust web applications. In this role, you will contribute to both the client and server sides of the application using technologies such as React for the front end, Node.js for the back end, AWS for cloud infrastructure, and MongoDB for data storage. This fully remote position expects a proactive individual who can seamlessly integrate into our collaborative development environment and drive projects forward to meet our organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive user interfaces using React.
• Build and optimize server-side applications with Node.js.
• Design, implement, and manage cloud services on AWS.
• Architect and administer MongoDB databases, ensuring data integrity and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Optimize code performance, debug issues, and implement effective security practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in React including component-based architecture and state management.
• Deep expertise in Node.js and modern JavaScript practices.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, including deployment, management, and maintenance of cloud services.
• Proficiency in MongoDB including schema design and query optimization.
• Good understanding of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and software design patterns.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Proven ability to work in a fully remote setting with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with serverless architectures and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Knowledge of additional front-end frameworks or libraries.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in fullstack development across client and server-side technologies.
