<p>Job Summary</p>
<p>The DevOps/MLOps role at Humanisys Lab encompasses the management of servers, databases, LLM (Large Language Model) gateway compute, and vector databases. The position involves working with machine learning operations while supporting a dynamic team focused on creating state-of-the-art AI projects.</p>
<p><b>Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage and maintain servers and databases for optimal performance.</li>
<li>Oversee LLM gateway compute and vector database operations.</li>
<li>Handle various machine learning operations (MLOps) efficiently.</li>
<li>Contribute to the development of real-time data solutions in streaming environments.</li>
<li>Collaborate with a team of engineers and researchers in innovative AI projects.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Qualifications</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</li>
<li>Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in DevOps and MLOps roles within data-intensive environments (preferably real-time streaming).</li>
<li>Technical Skills:
<ul>
<li>Hands-on experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services).</li>
<li>Familiarity with Azure is a plus.</li>
<li>Proficient in managing databases and servers.</li>
<li>Understanding of large data processing and machine learning workflows.</li>
</ul>
</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Preferred Skills</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience with various cloud services and multi-agent systems.</li>
<li>Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under uncertainty.</li>

<p><b>Experience</b></p>
<ul>
<li>3-5 years of experience in roles related to DevOps and MLOps, with previous employment at companies involved in large data processing in real-time, such as Amazon, Eightfold, Whatfix, Hotstar, or LinkedIn.</li>

<p><b>Salary</b></p>
<p>Estimated salary range of 30-50 LPA.</p>

<li>Assess candidate’s hands-on experience in DevOps and MLOps roles including managed services, data-intensive environments, and real-time processing.</li>
<li>Evaluate proficiency in cloud services; primarily AWS, with familiarity in Azure considered an asset.</li>
<li>Measure ability in managing and maintaining servers and databases, including vector databases for optimal performance.</li>
<li>Assess understanding and practical experience with ML pipelines, large language model (LLM) compute, and vector database operations.</li>
<li>Evaluate experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and multi-agent system environments to support scalable deployments.</li>
<li>Assess candidate’s capability to design and implement real-time data solutions in streaming environments.</li>
