Job Description
Principal Responsibilities
Customer relationship management at HIFSL NBFC performed through the following tasks:
·Meeting LAS (loan against securities) needs of customers referred by INM Top-tier and Premier teams
·Managing end-to-end customer lifecycle at HIFSL –
o Offering product solutions in line with customer requirements,
o Structuring the loan/collaterals,
o Loan pricing,
o Developing and getting loan proposals approved,
o Onboarding the customer,
o Supporting ongoing transactions and servicing,
o Keeping the customer informed on the loan account, collateral securities etc.
o Meeting relevant policies and procedures and governance standards
o Delivering on expected customer experience standards
Qualifications - External
Qualification Requirement:
·Graduate or a post graduate degree such as MBA or professional qualification like CA
·Relevant working experience/understanding in a front line or business function. Experience in wealth management/capital market, lending products etc. is preferred
·5 years or more of work experience
