Job Summary

The Partnerships & Alliance role at Karta Lucia is crucial for driving high-value projects and establishing long-term partnerships. This position connects the studio's creative and AI capabilities with brands and agencies striving for distinction in their marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Find Premium Clients: Reach out to Chief Marketing Officers (CMOs) at luxury fashion, real estate, hospitality, and premium lifestyle brands.
• Pitch Big Ideas: Present comprehensive packages that include a striking commercial alongside an innovative AI digital experience.
• Build Partnerships: Collaborate with top advertising and design agencies to position Karta Lucia as their preferred studio for production, visual effects, and AI services.
• Close Deals: Collaborate with the creative team to develop pitch decks, deliver presentations to clients, negotiate budgets, and finalize contracts.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales, partnerships, or client management within a creative agency, production house, or premium lifestyle brand.
• Connections: Established network of brand managers and marketing heads in India.
• Taste & Tech Savvy: A passion for quality film making, design, and new technologies (including AI), with the ability to communicate these concepts effectively to clients.
• Excellent Communicator: Proficiency in pitching, presenting, and closing high-value deals.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with the luxury market and trends in high-end branding.
• Background in visual effects or film production would be an advantage.

Experience

At least 3+ years of relevant experience in partnerships or client management, preferably in the creative or luxury sectors.

Environment
