Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager / PMO with relevant certifications to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in Finance Systems projects (preferably ERP ledger systems) within a multinational company environment, ensuring effective project delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects within Finance Systems and Data functions.
• Run Steering Committee (SteerCo) meetings, ensuring stakeholder engagement, tracking project progress, managing risks, and documenting minutes of meetings.
• Coordinate tasks and deliverables across multiple stakeholders, including:
  • Country finance & IT teams
  • Central systems and IT Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
  • Central data analysts and architects
  • Function leaders
• Support Business Analysis (BA) activities such as requirements gathering, mapping exercises, template completion, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination, and script writing.
• Drive risk management and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Engage with stakeholders across Asia, US, and UK—flexibility in working hours is required (calls may occur in early EST mornings or late EST evenings).

Qualifications

• Relevant PMO/Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or equivalent).
• Strong background in Finance Systems projects, preferably ERP ledger systems.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder, multinational projects.
• Excellent skills in stakeholder engagement, project tracking, and risk management.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within a multinational organization.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools.

Experience

• Proven experience in project management within finance-related projects.
• Minimum of 5 years in relevant roles.

Environment

• Hybrid model: Minimum of 3 days per week from the Hyderabad or Bangalore office.
• Flexibility required for global project collaboration.
