Transfer Pricing Tax Manager
Job Summary
The Transfer Pricing Tax Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive transfer pricing services to clients around the globe. The successful candidate will manage and execute transfer pricing projects, provide strategic guidance, and ensure compliance with global regulations. This position is integral in supporting the firm’s commitment to delivering high-quality tax advisory services to multinational clients, contributing to the growth and reputation of the firm.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead transfer pricing projects for multinational clients across various industries.
- Develop, implement, and document transfer pricing policies and strategies in compliance with local and international regulations.
- Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation, economic analyses, and reports.
- Advise clients on transfer pricing implications of business restructurings, supply chain changes, and new business initiatives.
- Liaise with global teams and coordinate cross-border transfer pricing engagements.
- Respond to transfer pricing audits and inquiries from tax authorities.
- Stay updated on global transfer pricing developments, and communicate relevant changes to clients and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in transfer pricing, tax advisory, or related area.
- Strong technical knowledge of transfer pricing concepts, OECD guidelines, and local regulations.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and research skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent) preferred, but not mandatory.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with or for a Big4 or leading tax advisory firm.
- Exposure to global transfer pricing regulations and cross-border transactions.
- Familiarity with transfer pricing technology and software tools.
- Ability to manage and mentor junior staff.
- Fluency in additional languages.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in transfer pricing, tax, or related field.
- Experience serving multinational clients and managing complex projects is highly desirable.
