Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Own the Talent Funnel:

    • Drive end-to-end recruitment across diverse roles including design, product, sales, and supply chain.
    • Identify and meaningfully engage top talents and close open roles with agility.
  • Employer Branding:

    • Develop and execute initiatives that position Agilitas as a desirable workplace through job postings, social media, hiring campaigns, and events.
  • Candidate Experience:

    • Ensure every candidate interaction—from outreach to interviews and follow-ups—is personal, respectful, and reflective of our culture.
  • Hiring Partner:

    • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define success metrics, and create effective evaluation processes.
    • Guide interview panels, manage candidate pipelines, and assist teams in making informed hiring decisions.
  • Talent Intelligence:

    • Stay informed about the talent market, understanding where top candidates can be found, their priorities, and how to effectively reach them.

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in fast-growing consumer brands or start-ups.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to write effectively, speak confidently, and quickly build trust.

  • Understanding of brand, culture, and storytelling dynamics.
