Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP BRIM Functional Consultant who will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to our clients. The consultant will play a crucial role in enhancing client operations by leveraging their strong business knowledge of the Quote-to-Cash process and hands-on experience in SAP BILLING AND REVENUE INSURANCE MANAGEMENT (BRIM), specifically in the Subscription Order Management (SOM) module.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and propose effective SAP BRIM solutions.
• Implement and configure the Subscription Order Management (SOM) module as per client specifications.
• Analyze client business processes to ensure effective integration of BRIM solutions.
• Develop functional specifications and documentation for custom enhancements and reports.
• Provide expertise in core BRIM modules and assist in integration with Salesforce (SFDC).
• Train end-users and provide ongoing support post-implementation to ensure user proficiency and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with SAP BRIM, particularly in the Subscription Order Management (SOM) module.
• In-depth understanding of the Quote-to-Cash process and business operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Hands-on experience in core BRIM modules including Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, and Revenue Accounting and Reporting.
• Familiarity with integrating Salesforce (SFDC) with BRIM is considered an advantage.
• Relevant certifications in SAP BRIM or similar areas are preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
