As an Executive Assistant, you&rsquo;ll be at the center of this, taking ownership of user requests, coordinating with vendors, and making sure tasks are completed smoothly and on time. It&rsquo;s a hands-on role where you&rsquo;ll solve real-life problems every day, often in creative and unexpected ways. You&rsquo;ll work closely with the founding team, receive regular training and feedback, and see the direct impact of your work. No two days will look the same.</p> <p><strong>What you&rsquo;ll do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Act as the first point of execution for user requests, managing them end to end</li> <li>Coordinate bookings, appointments, and follow-ups across different services</li> <li>Call vendors, service providers, and customer care teams on behalf of users</li> <li>Place orders, compare options, and ensure the best possible outcome for each task</li> <li>Track deadlines, chase updates, and make sure nothing slips through</li> <li>Deliver tasks with professionalism, empathy, and a user-first approach</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we&rsquo;re looking for</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong verbal communication - can talk to people to get things done.</li> <li>High sincerity - follow up on tasks, timelines, and deadlines without needing someone else to manage you.</li> <li>Past experience as an EA would be helpful, but not mandatory.</li> <li>Adjacent experience in fields like hospitality is also helpful.</li> <li>0-2 years of work experience.</li> <li>Looking for a fresh grad with high energy and a willingness to learn and grow.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Job Details</strong></p> <ul> <li>Position: Operations Executive</li> <li>Location: Bangalore (HSR Layout)</li> <li>Salary: Rs 4.2 LPA + Rs 60,000 (performance based bonus)</li> <li>Schedule: 6 days a week, 60+ hours per week</li> </ul> <p><strong>Application Process</strong></p> <ul> <li>Based on the response in the assignment round, you will get an invite for a 30-minute interview with the hiring manager</li> <li>Final in-person round with the founders and team at our office in HSR, Bangalore.</li> <li>We move fast and will give you a result within one week of application</li> </ul>
