Brand Strategy: Evolve the brand narrative from functional benefits to a conscious lifestyle choice. Act as the Founder’s creative partner in shaping long-term brand IP. • Content Engine: Lead a video-first content strategy. Create educational, witty, and shareable content that establishes authority and builds community. • Visual Excellence: Govern the brand’s aesthetic. Ensure packaging, website, and ad creatives meet global premium standards. • Performance Collaboration: Partner with the Growth team to produce high converting ad assets that drive acquisition without compromising brand equity. • Production: Manage end-to-end execution of shoots and campaigns, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies.
