Job Summary

The Level 2 Security Consultant will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining Electronically Stored Information (ESI) and other litigation documents, ensuring compliance with client requirements. This position focuses on eDiscovery processes, offering technical expertise in utilizing platforms like Nuix and Relativity to enhance the overall litigation support for clients.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain Electronically Stored Information (ESI) and litigation documents to ensure best practices and compliance.
• Execute platform discovery and conduct searches on identified data within eDiscovery platforms.
• Advise on best practices for processing, culling using Nuix, and migrating ESI to Relativity for review.
• Monitor eDiscovery delivery processes, providing guidance on potential issues and resolutions.
• Assist clients with technical support needs related to Nuix and Relativity platforms.
• Provide consulting services and support the review process for attorneys and paralegals regarding ESI.
• Analyze and define client requirements to develop actionable insights and solutions.
• Identify and suggest technical solutions for inconsistencies or gaps in ESI processes.
• Serve as the lead technical liaison between case managers and legal teams, providing expertise on eDiscovery.
• Ensure custodian ESI adherence to the defined eDiscovery processes.
• Resolve ESI readability issues for review platforms, predominantly Relativity.
• Manage delivery of client services to ensure effective and timely operations.
• Handle escalations in collaboration with Client Services and other specialists to resolve issues swiftly.

Qualifications

• Education: Masters (preferably in Computer Science or MCA) and/or B.E. / B. Tech from a reputed University.
• Experience: 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in the eDiscovery domain.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of the eDiscovery process flow and Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) cycle.
  • Extensive knowledge of Nuix, Relativity, Relativity One, SQL Database, and other eDiscovery tools.
  • Knowledge of MS O365 eDiscovery, Encase, FTK, F-Response, Helix, and other forensic tools is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in handling various file types and understanding data properties (data structure, file signatures, email threading).
• Soft Skills:
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize across different projects independently.
  • Strong relationship management, analytical, problem-solving, and strategic agility skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and fluency in English.
  • Demonstrated project management and capability to handle multiple concurrent projects effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Relativity Certifications (RCA, Relativity One, RRS) and Nuix Certifications.
• A keen interest in rapidly learning new tools and technologies relevant to eDiscovery.

Experience

• 4 to 7 years of relevant eDiscovery experience, emphasizing compliance and support roles.

Environment

• The candidate must be willing to work from the office in Bangalore and participate in a 24x7 rotational shift schedule.
