Ltd: Zylo House of Brands Pvt. Ltd is the parent company of OCD-Obsessive.Compulsive.Delicious— a GenZ-focused fragrance brand that celebrates their obsession with smelling ridiculously good and different all the time, determined by their moods, trends and feelings. Key Responsibilities 1. Product & Packaging Design ● Collaborate with the Founder to conceptualize and design new perfume ranges (bottles, cartons, labels, visual direction). ● Create 3D mockups and visual presentations for product concepts. 2. Digital & E-commerce Design ● Design high-quality assets for Amazon, BlinkIt, Nykaa, and other e-commerce listings (A+ content, PLIs, banners). ● Create visuals for the brand’s Shopify website, including homepage banners, landing pages, and promotional creatives for new launches/festive. Requirements 1. Education & Experience ● Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. ● 1–2 years of experience working with e-commerce or D2C consumer brands. 2. Technical Skills ● Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Figma and Canva. ● Working knowledge of basic video editing and basic animation (Reels, motion graphics). ● Strong understanding of digital design requirements (resolutions, platform formats, etc.). ● Good to have: Experience with 3D tools like Blender & Dimension. Soft Skills & Traits ● Aesthetic instinct: Strong sense of visual balance, colour, and typography. ● Attention to detail: Meticulous with file organization, design and final output quality. ● Creative outlook & looking to push the boundaries: Looking to create something that hasn’t been regularly seen in the Indian market before. Always looking at inspiration to help their design process and thinking. Not copy/replicate. ● Collaborative mindset: Comfortable co-creating with the Founder, agencies, and marketing teams. ● Proactive & curious: Keeps up with design trends, Gen Z aesthetics, and platform innovations and constantly look at how those can be incorporated into the design elements of the brand. ● Ownership mindset: Treats the brand visuals like their own — from draft to launch.
