Pi42 is India's leading crypto derivatives exchange, building a high-performance culture focused on innovation, ownership, and continuous learning. As we scale, we are looking for an L&D Manager to establish and drive our Learning & Development function.

Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Learning & Development (L&D) Manager to design and execute Pi42's Learning & Development charter. This role will be responsible for building competency frameworks, leadership development programs, onboarding journeys, and learning initiatives that enable employees and managers to perform at their best.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Pi42's L&D strategy and roadmap.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and identify capability gaps.
  • Build competency frameworks and career development pathways.
  • Create onboarding, leadership, and manager effectiveness programs.
  • Partner with business leaders to drive learning and performance initiatives.
  • Establish learning metrics and measure program effectiveness.
  • Manage learning platforms, vendors, and external training partners.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development.
  • Experience building L&D programs and frameworks from scratch.
  • Strong understanding of competency mapping and leadership development.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Experience in technology, fintech, startup, or high-growth environments is preferred.
  • Educational qualifications should ideally include a relevant degree (e.g., Bachelor's or Master's in Human Resources, Education, or Business Administration).

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with various learning technologies and platforms.
  • Experience in conducting workshops and training sessions.
  • Knowledge of evaluation methods for training programs.

Experience

  • Minimum 6 years of professional experience in Learning & Development or related fields with a focus on high-growth environments.
