Job Description
We are looking for a Program Manager – Sales who will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, business expansion, and sales efficiency.
This role goes beyond traditional sales operations — it requires someone who can think like a business owner, work closely with leadership, and actively identify, solve, and scale revenue opportunities.
You will be responsible for strengthening the entire sales funnel, improving conversions, and enabling the sales team to perform at maximum efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Business Growth
Drive end-to-end ownership of the sales funnel — from lead generation to deal closure
Partner with the Sales Head to design and execute market penetration and BD strategies
Identify gaps in the funnel and implement solutions to improve conversion rates and revenue realization
Work closely with on-ground sales teams to ensure target achievement and consistent pipeline movement
Sales Strategy & Execution
Build and refine sales playbooks, GTM strategies, and territory plans
Analyze market trends, customer segments, and competition to unlock new growth opportunities
Support high-value deal closures through structured deal reviews, pricing alignment, and strategy inputs
Pipeline Management & Forecasting
Create and maintain accurate revenue forecasts and pipeline visibility
Track key sales metrics (conversion rates, deal cycles, win rates) and drive performance improvements
Establish dashboards and reporting frameworks to enable data-backed decision-making
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to remove bottlenecks
Act as a central point for deal coordination, approvals, and execution alignment
Ensure smooth communication and collaboration across teams to accelerate closures
Data & Insights
Leverage data to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities across the revenue funnel
Translate complex data into actionable insights for business and leadership teams
Continuously experiment and optimize strategies based on performance insights
Candidate Profile
Must-Have
4-9 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Sales Strategy / Sales Operations
Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels, pipeline management, and conversion metrics
Proven ability to drive revenue growth or improve sales efficiency
Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Good to Have
Experience in EV / Automotive / EdTech / SaaS / Logistics / B2B orgs
Exposure to high-growth startups or scaling environments
