MS Intune Expert

Job Summary

The MS Intune Expert will be responsible for deploying and configuring Microsoft Intune solutions tailored to customer needs. This role is crucial in ensuring effective device management and security compliance within the organization, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure MS Intune Tenant according to customer specifications.
• Manage Windows Device Enrollment and publish company portals for mobile applications and Windows devices.
• Configure application protection policies and manage Azure Active Directory (AD) / Hybrid AD joined devices with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Conditional Access enabled.
• Implement Configuration Profiles and Compliance Policies to ensure device security and compliance.
• Provide expert-level management of Windows update deployments through Intune, including monitoring and analyzing deployment metrics.
• Streamline deployment workflows to improve the efficiency of update rollouts and address any anomalies or issues.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Windows Auto Pilot, Windows Hello for Business, Defender Advanced Threat Protection (ATP), and Azure ATP.
• Hands-on experience with Endpoint Management Solutions (EMS) for access and data protection management.
• Proficient in configuring Mobile Device Policies, Restrictions, Enrollments, and Compliance configurations.
• Experience in managing and configuring Mobile Device and Application Management solutions.
• Strong understanding of Intune management for Windows 10.
• Ability to configure policies for Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) and Corporate Owned devices (Apple Device Enrollment Program/Apple Business Manager).
• Experience in developing automated solutions for subscriptions and licenses, including Apple APN certificate management.
• Excellent coordination skills with mobile device vendors for device-related issues.

Experience

• Relevant experience in managing Microsoft Intune and related technologies is required.

• This position is based in Bangalore and requires in-office work.

Salary

• Estimated salary range: ₹2,700,000 per annum.
