Job Summary

The QA Lead will oversee the quality assurance process for Magento projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables through effective testing strategies and team management. This role will contribute to the overall success of the organization by ensuring products meet quality standards prior to production.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage QA testing efforts for various Magento projects.
• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and testing protocols.

• Mentor and guide junior QA team members in best practices and testing methodologies.

Qualifications

• Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on Magento platforms.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
  • Profound knowledge of testing tools and methodologies.
  • Experience with automation testing frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles.
  • Familiarity with performance testing tools.
• Soft Skills:

Preferred Skills

• Certification in Software Testing (such as ISTQB).
