Job Description
Territories Management: Strategically manage and develop Western and East/ North East Indian territories to maximize sales in market share. Identify growth opportunities and potential new market within the region. Business Development: Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies for the respective zones to achieve sales targets and market growth. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the region. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt strategies as needed. Manage and nurture relationships with existing dealers and distributors within the designated zone. Recruit and onboard new dealers and distributors as required. Establish and maintain strong ties with badminton and tennis academies, as well as relevant sports associations in the region. Collaborate with these entities to promote Yonex products, sponsorships, and events. Identify partnership opportunities to enhance the brand's presence. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and consumer preferences. Brand Enhancement: Ensure that Yonex brand image and reputation are maintained and enhanced within the zone. Execute marketing and promotional activities to increase brand visibility. Office Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the regional office Ensure the smooth functioning of the office operations including staffing, facilities and resources.
