Marketing Strategy &amp; Brand Growth<br /> &bull; Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand<br /> awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement.<br /> &bull; Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, paid campaigns, content marketing,<br /> and social media strategies.<br /> &bull; Collaborate with sales teams to develop lead generation and accountbased<br /> marketing (ABM) campaigns.<br /> &bull; Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive<br /> landscape.<br /> &bull; Analyze market trends, competition, and customer insights to<br /> refine marketing initiatives.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>2. Product Marketing &amp; GTM Strategy<br /> Product Positioning &amp; Messaging:<br /> &bull; Develop compelling messaging and positioning for Onextel&rsquo;s CPaaS solutions and<br /> compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates our observability<br /> solutions in the market.<br /> &bull; Work with product teams to translate complex technical features into customerfriendly<br /> value propositions.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>3. Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy:<br /> &bull; Own the GTM strategy for new feature launches and market expansion.<br /> &bull; Enable the sales team with pitch decks, battle cards, and case studies.<br /> &bull; Collaborate with partners and other platforms for joint marketing campaigns.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Customer &amp; Competitive Insights:<br /> &bull; Conduct customer interviews, surveys, and competitor analysis to refine positioning.<br /> &bull; Work with analytics teams to track adoption, engagement, and churn metrics.<br /> Sales Enablement &amp; Thought Leadership:<br /> &bull; Create whitepapers, webinars, and content that position Onextel as an industry<br /> leader.<br /> &bull; Train the sales team on objection handling and product storytelling.<br /> 3. Demand Generation &amp; Lead Nurturing<br /> &bull; Implement data-driven lead generation strategies through performance marketing,<br /> content marketing, and partnerships.<br /> &bull; Work closely with the demand generation team to develop and execute campaigns<br /> that drive awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.<br /> &bull; Working closely with partners and other platforms for integrated marketing efforts to<br /> maximize customer reach.<br /> 4. Performance &amp; Analytics<br /> &bull; Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns.<br /> &bull; Leverage analytics tools to measure the impact of marketing initiatives and optimize<br /> performance.<br /> &bull; Equip the sales team with the knowledge and tools they need to effectively sell our<br /> products.<br /> &bull; Present ROI-driven marketing reports to leadership, demonstrating effectiveness<br /> growth.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Skills Set<br /> 5-10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, or growth marketing<br /> (preferably in CPaaS, SaaS, or Telecom).<br /> ✔ Strong understanding of CPaaS technologies, messaging APIs, voice, WhatsApp, and<br /> enterprise communication trends.<br /> ✔ Expertise in GTM strategies, sales enablement, and demand generation.<br /> ✔ Proven experience with performance marketing, lead generation, and ABM campaigns.<br /> ✔ Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, CRM, and analytics platforms.<br /> ✔ Exceptional storytelling, content marketing, and messaging skills.<br /> ✔ Exceptional Content writing skills.<br /> ✔ Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams.<br /> ✔ Experience managing agency/vendor relationships and overseeing campaign execution.<br /> ✔ Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track and optimize marketing ROI.<br /> Education<br /> &bull; Graduate or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree</div>
