The Community Manager will be responsible for engaging a diverse healthcare community that includes founders, operators, doctors, and clinicians. The role emphasizes the importance of creating consistent and meaningful touchpoints through events, digital interactions, and one-on-one engagements to maintain an active and vibrant community.

Responsibilities

  • Make proactive introductions for networking purposes (e.g., talent, customers, clinical validation, capital).
  • Track engagement metrics (attendance, participation, response rates) and adapt strategies based on what is effective.
  • Maintain the community CRM/database and report on health metrics.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in community management, events, partnerships, or member engagement (experience in venture or healthcare is a plus).

  • Strong relationship-building skills with excellent written communication ability.
  • Self-directed and proactive in approach.
  • Genuine interest in healthcare and health-tech, with credibility among both business and clinical audiences.
