Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lean Management Specialist with a focus on driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency across processes. This role is integral to enhancing performance and productivity within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies and tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects focused on operational efficiency.
• Lead change management efforts to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Analyze processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for initiatives.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; further certifications in Lean or Six Sigma are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Lean principles and methodologies.
• Certifications: Six Sigma certification (preferably Green or Black Belt).
• Proficiency in Lean tools such as Value Stream Mapping (VSM), 5S, Kaizen, DMAIC, and PDCA.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Adaptable, with a continuous improvement mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in change management.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Capability to mentor and train team members in Lean methodologies.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Lean management and continuous improvement processes.

Environment

• This position is remote, allowing flexibility in work location.
