Qualifications

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple openings.
    • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
    • Knowledge of current trends in talent acquisition and employment trends in the tech industry.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to assess talent and support hiring managers in their decision-making.

  • Experience with employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
