Job Description
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities across retail, modern trade, quick commerce, HoReCa, and exports.- Build and manage strong relationships with distributors, channel partners, and key accounts.- Drive sales growth and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts with partners and clients.- Coordinate with production, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of orders.- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to improve business strategy.- Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and MIS for management review. Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).- Proven experience in business development or B2B sales, preferably in FMCG or food industry.- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.- Ability to work independently and take ownership of targets.- Good understanding of pricing, margins, and basic financial concepts
