Job Summary

The Head of Marketing will be responsible for building and leading the marketing function at SenseAI. This role is crucial for establishing a globally respected AI investment brand, attracting top-tier founders, and serving as a trusted platform for institutional and strategic investors. The ideal candidate will drive initiatives that position SenseAI as a leading voice in the AI investment space.

Responsibilities

  • Brand & Thought Leadership

    • Institutionalize SenseAI’s brand voice across various media and platforms.
    • Serve as the primary spokesperson for perspectives on AI and investing.
    • Position SenseAI as a leading voice within the India–US AI corridor.
    • Develop a multi-channel content strategy encompassing LinkedIn, long-form articles, podcasts, and research.
    • Enhance visibility through earned, owned, and partner media.
    • Build a high-quality, engaged community of AI founders, operators, and enterprise leaders.
  • Investor Marketing & Investor Relations

    • Design and execute marketing strategies targeting various investor cohorts including Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNIs), family offices, institutional investors, and government stakeholders.
    • Create structured campaigns for investor acquisition and engagement.
    • Manage communications strategy for Limited Partners (LPs) and distributors.
    • Develop high-quality investor narratives, updates, reports, and materials.
    • Conceptualize and execute impactful investor experiences such as roundtables, Founder Days, and roadshows.
  • Founder Sourcing & Ecosystem Access

    • Build an aspirational brand to attract top founders.
    • Create access to high-quality founder ecosystems from diverse talent pools and networks.
    • Engineer high-signal sourcing strategies to enhance inbound founder pipeline quality.
  • Partnerships & Ecosystem Development

    • Strengthen relationships with key external stakeholders to become a preferred partner.
    • Forge strategic partnerships with hyperscalers, AI research labs, and academic institutions.
    • Create collaborations that provide market intelligence and amplify brand presence within the AI ecosystem.
  • Events & Global Brand Building

    • Lead the strategy and execution of flagship events, including conferences and private gatherings.
    • Drive narrative building across the India and US AI ecosystems.
  • Team & Execution Leadership

    • Build and manage a high-performance marketing team.
    • Oversee internal teams and external partners, setting quality standards and execution rigor.
    • Own planning, prioritization, and measurable outcome strategies.

Qualifications

  • 8–15 years of experience in marketing, ecosystem building, or growth roles.
  • Proven track record in narrative building and brand creation.
  • Experience in technology, venture capital, startups, or digital ecosystems.
  • Strong ability in partnerships and ecosystem development.
  • Expertise in organizing high-impact events and experiences.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the capability to operate in innovative environments.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with AI technologies and investment dynamics.
  • Proficiency in content creation and digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong networking abilities within tech and venture capital communities.

Experience

  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in marketing or related domains, with a focus on technology and venture capital.
