Sales Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing sales team, ensuring the<br /> achievement of a sales targets<br /> ● Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a robust pipeline of prospects to<br /> consistently deliver positive results.<br /> ● Forecasting Accuracy: Provide accurate monthly and quarterly performance forecasts,<br /> maintaining a 10-20% margin of error from actual bookings.<br /> ● Collaboration with Customer Success and Development Teams: Work closely with<br /> customer success and development teams to meet customer requirements effectively.<br /> ● Market Insights and Playbooks: Collaborate with the US-based VP Marketing to identify<br /> market opportunities, work with large/medium customers and partners, and create<br /> relevant sales playbooks and collaterals.<br /> ● Customer Engagement: Understand customer sales and marketing processes, providing<br /> consultancy on best messaging programs, and evangelize SMS Magic solutions.<br /> ● Ensure the team is able to generate their own leads to meet assigned quotas.
